Former Rapids defender Mike Petke has landed with the Red Bulls, as reported at Soccer365.com. Petke was dropped by the Rapids, and heads back to New York where he played from 1998 to 2002.

The 32 year old Petke make 11 appearances for our beloved Rapids last season, scoring two goals. While I think his time for making significant contributions for the Rapids had passed, we wish him well with the Red Bulls.
